We Introduced Alabaster Rental
Introducing Alabaster Rental – a considered approach to purpose-built rental living, defined by elevated design and homes thoughtfully crafted to support modern life. Our first community at E 33rd & Prince Albert in Fraserhood is nearing completion. This five-storey building will offer studio to three-bedroom residences, arriving Spring 2026.
We Launched Alabaster Multiplex
Introducing Alabaster Multiplex – bringing our large-scale development expertise into thoughtfully designed, boutique multiplex homes. Designed for modern Vancouver living, a multiplex offers up to six homes across three storeys. Each project delivers refined, small-scale residences that support a range of lifestyles – from growing families to right-sizing. Rooted in our values of craftsmanship and care, every home is built with intention. In 2025, we have seven multiplex projects underway across Vancouver, with more launching in 2026. Thoughtfully small. Purposefully designed.
