THE ROLE

The individual in this role will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for assisting the sales and marketing teams for Alabaster Homes as an integral member of our Homeowner Care Team for our Spires Gate Project in Richmond. Core responsibilities will include:

  • Homeowner Care
    • Sales deficiency walkthroughs
      • Execution of all sales deficiency walkthrough for our Spires Gate development. 
      • Documentation and communication of home deficiencies to the Alabaster construction team through the homeowner care portal for all homes. 
      • Coordination and communication with the Alabaster construction team regarding scheduling and deficiencies. 
    • Homeowner orientations
      • Execution of all homeowner orientations for our Spires Gate development. 
      • Documentation and communication of home deficiencies to Alabaster construction through homeowner care portal for all homes. 
      • Coordinating orientation schedule with the Alabaster construction team. 
      • Preparation of homes for orientation including but not limited to; coordination of cleaners, construction team, preparation of all necessary documentation and materials. 
      • Be the face of the company to homeowners during the orientation process and ensure company goals and messaging are achieved. 
      • Communicate and schedule appointments with homeowners, using scheduling software and templated emails. 
    • Completions
      • Execution of all key handovers and possessions of our Spires Gate development. 
      • Communicate and schedule appointments with homeowners, using scheduling software and templated emails. 
      • Ensure homes are “homeowner ready” including coordinating cleaners and construction team.
      • Coordinating completion schedule with Alabaster construction team. 
      • Preparing possession documentation and key handover packages. 
      • .Being the face of Alabaster during possession and key handover
      • Ensuring all required documentation is signed off. 
      • Ensure homes are equipped with homeowner gifts. 
    • Post Completion Deficiency coordination
      • Work with the Alabaster construction team to ensure deficiencies are completed in a timely and positive manner.
      • On-site to allow trades into suites and ensure communication with homeowners.
    • Event assistance
      • Homeowner appreciation events

In addition to these qualities, you possess:

  • A post-secondary education
  • 2+ years of previous experience in marketing, construction or administration experience in real estate marketing is a bonus.

  • A calm problem solver who excels in time management, multi-tasking and prioritization
