THE ROLE

The individual in this role will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for assisting the sales and marketing teams for Alabaster Homes and Pavilion Cowork (our shared offices spaces) as an integral member of our Marketing Team at our Vancouver office. Core responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Support
    • Support our sales agents and sales process
    • Creating, updating, and stocking sales and marketing material
    • Face of Alabaster on sales site or at Alabaster Head office and greet and orient guests
    • Responding to email inquiries and phone calls of realtors, potential buyers and homeowners
    • Ensure displays homes and sales areas are presentation ready
    • Execute phone and email outreach campaigns to potential buyers and realtors
    • Manage CRM database tracking and updates
  • Contract Administration
    • Writing and managing contracts
    • Creating and executing contract addenda
    • Executing disclosure statement amendments
    • Managing and tracking agent commission forms
    • Recording purchaser data and creation of files
    • Collection and management of sales deposits and sales information
    • Corresponding with lawyers, purchasers and agents
    • Preparing and updating sales reports
    • Setup and management of sales software
  • Reporting
    • Daily and weekly tracking sales centre traffic
    • Tracking sales details activities on various reports
  • Event Planning
    • Day of event coordination
    • Coordination of vendors
    • Quoting

In addition to these qualities, you possess:

  • A post-secondary education in Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, Public
  • 1+ years previous experience in sales administration or contract-related work
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suites, Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader.
  • Clear effective communication skills
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced changing environment
  • A calm problem solver who excels in time management, multi-tasking and prioritization
  • Knowledge of Vancouver real estate market is an asset
