We are Alabaster. Our business is real estate development, but we view ourselves as a team of community builders. We love what we do – and it shows! To help support our strong growth, we are seeking a bright and meticulous professional to join our sales team on contract basis.

THE ROLE

The individual in this role will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for sales of our upcoming Vancouver Westside townhouse project, Rowen W47. You will be an integral member of our Sales Team at our Vancouver office or on a project site. Core responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Support
    • Support the presale process from the pre-launch through sales launch phases
    • Work with potential buyers and real estate agents to accelerate project sales and revenue
    • Execute sales outreach and sales funnel follow up via email, text, and phone
    • Project event assistance
    • Conduct tour and educate potential buyers and real estate agents
    • Use a CRM system to track sales progress of all leads
    • Act as the face of Alabaster on sales site or at Alabaster head office to greet and orient guests
    • Respond to email inquiries and phone calls
    • Ensure displays and sales areas are presentation-ready and fully stocked before each appointment or day
  • Contract Administration
    • Negotiate sales contracts
    • Write and manage contract executions
    • Create and execute contract addenda
    • Record purchaser data and create files
    • Correspond with purchasers and agents
    • Notify sales coordinator of any new contracts

In addition to these qualities, you possess:

  • Valid BC Real Estate License
  • 1+ years previous experience in sales or contract-related work
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader.
  • Clear, effective communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced changing environment
  • A skilled negotiator and savvy salesperson.
  • Knowledge of the Greater Vancouver real estate market is an asset
